This Workshop is solely focused on Anterior Cruciate Ligament injuries. Through both theory and practical sessions this workshop content contains information of prevention of potential Acl injury, as well as the rehabilitation of Acl injuries. this includes the psychological effects a serious injury has on a player. The workshop will also contain techniques of recovery (taping and workout routines).
